"The location was great. The location is close enough to all the adventures you want to do on your trip. The check in process was a bit odd and it was the only place we stayed that i was unsure if it was real or a scam. The place is real. "We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again."

"Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. "

"A great, quiet location, close enough to everything we wanted to do, but far enough from the road that we didn’t hear anyone else. My kids loved the pools and swam every day. Our apartment was spacious and fully equipped. The owner was very easy to communicate with and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a great time and would definitely book this place again!"

"We had a wonderful stay in this cute modest sized accommodation steps from beautiful Half Moon Bay. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. While it is small it is very comfortable and well furnished with A/C. The beach is some 30 steps from the front door and has several decent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The host provided easy to follow instructions for how to finding the unit. We had a most enjoyable stay without a hitch!"
