Super close to the bus and there is a oxxo store and a pharmacy right downstairs. I would stay again on my next trip to Cancun for sure. "

"Easy to communicate with property manager who quickly corrected a couple issues. I missed this unit being on the third floor, which is my fault, but i would have opted out if i read better. The photos are not of either unit I was given but they are similar. Kitchenette had settings for 2 people max. Temperature in room was very comfortable. Entrance has padlock for security."

Ocean was beautiful and so as the white powdery sand. Beach chairs & umbrellas always available. I would recommend renting a car since taxis are pricey to go to town, around $24.00usd each way. "24 hour guard at property. We left property several times to grab a bite to eat, which everywhere we ate was fabulous and tasty. Prices very reasonable. The bar at intima was great. A swim up bar and places to sit outside the pool. Room was nice, digital entry with a safe inside. Only downside was it is not close to the beach. We walked one day to beach, 4 miles, no sidewalks and felt a it as bit sketch with the daily traffic. Taxi ride home was $40 one way back. The ocean was beautiful. ...
