"We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us. The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations. The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium...

"It was our first time at a resort, so we didn’t know what to expect. Most of the staff was very nice, helpful and informative. We loved the ambience and the fact that there was carts to drive us to our destinations. The carts were convenient because we didn’t know where we were going a lot of the time, so they also helped by saving us time. They were very keen on keeping everything clean all of the time. We did get a room with 1 broken bed and the closet door fell off. We made several attempts...
