"We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us.
The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations.
The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium...

"The TRS pool was amazing and they had fun aqua activities during the day like aerobics and water bike class. Overall the service was amazing no matter where you were from the check-in, to shops, to dining and concierge. The resort was pristine everywhere. The only little hiccup was waiting for shuttles to take you from different areas, sometimes the wait was a little long in the heat but it wouldn't deter me from staying again!

"We had a great stay. The rooms are alright, though a bit old. Our room felt very humid and the pillows smelled a lot like humidity. Restaurants can get too noisy and messy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & will for sure come back, just maybe in Kantenah or White Sand. "
