"The staff here was always so accommodating, helpful, and just a joy to speak to. From Angel at the bar next to the adult only pool, to Jorge that set up our lounge chairs every day with towels to Carmen (waitress in adult pool area), was always coming by asking if we needed anything. Jimmy, Edgar, Adan (event staff for games), were so friendly and got people engaged. So many activities near the adult pool and even near the family (main) pool. The food was great at all restaurants AND premium...

"We had amazing 8 days at Iberostar Cozumel. We had an issue regarding the drinking culture at and in the pool. Guests starts drinking alchohol in the pool before noon and some guests bring food in the pool too. We were very satisfied with the food and the surroundings. The animation team did an amazing job and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Diving and snorkling facilities are amazing."

"Air conditioning in room was not working. Service was terrible - basically non-existent. Hotel facilities were okay. Room was dated. This was definitely not a 5 star hotel, would be a 3 star hotel. Would not recommend this hotel at all for those looking for 5 star or even 4 star hotel given the service was so bad! We would never stay here again. "

"I arrived with a colleague at 9 in the evening. There’s was a cue for checking in. We decided to grab a bite with the hope that the cue will be shorter later. Wrong. We needed to wait around 10 min for check-in at 11 in the evening. Rooms are not soundproof- 0%! You can hear everything form the rooms above you and the noise from the lobby."
