"The property and the staff were excellent. But the beach wasn't. Nothing to do with the staff. We ate from the buffet every day and the food was delicious. I will return in the future. "

"Generally a nice hotel. Room is nice with ocean view.
Very nice beach. Pool area is ok.
Drinks are good. Food is generally good for all incluisve.
Crowd is very American, at bit old and not so interesting, would have liked a younger crowd.

"We stayed for 5 days, and it was overall a very pleasent stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Cleaning was done everyday, and all was in order. There was some trouble with our terrase-door, where it didn't lock. But they had one come over the next day and fix it. Our top criteria when searching for a hotel was not too noisy and with a nice view. This hotel met both of our expectations. "Virkelig et hjælpsomt og venligt personale særligt Sebastian og en kvinde, som vi ikke fik navnet på. Vi ankom sent fra lufthavnen og var blevet snydt til at betale næsten 500 dollars til taxachaufføren. Kvinden i receptionen hjalp os med at tjekke overvågningskamera på taxaen og opfordrede os til at tage i lufthavnen igen og melde det til politiet. Det gjorde at vi fik næsten alle pengene tilbage. "Fabulous family friendly hotel. This was indeed one of the best hotels we have been to. The hours of the hotel's restaurants was hard to keep up with. They should be open more hours. Specially the mexican one. It was always full or closed so we didnt get to try it. All of the food in the oyher places was good though. "
