"Beautiful 145 acre vineyard. Great place to do long distance running and breathe clean fresh air. No L.A. traffic, no air pollution, no smog. Literally a breathe of fresh air. I come here as often as time permits to get away. Even though the town is just down the street, on the vineyard, I have the whole place to myself"
