"I booked because it looked beautiful in the photos, but when we arrived, we were greeted by a disheveled man in a torn shirt who looked like a homeless person; he turned out to be the receptionist. He gave us the key, and it turned out the bathroom was shared with other rooms—something not mentioned when I booked. We decided to leave and look for a place in better condition. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all. I lost my money. Very bad place. I wish can I have my money back."

"I think you will find this review to be very consistent with others. Wonderful property, rooms, and overall experience. Their check-in process needs work. If you’re going to have a virtual check-in process, people should be armed with all of the information necessary to enter the room when they arrive at or after 3 o’clock. The people attending this process are slow to respond. "

"This property right in town was gated and secluded making it an oasis amid the busy town. Upon check-in, we were given several fantastic restaurant recommendations and some other must dos. The property itself was absolutely stunning with walking trails, and our cabin was perfectly set up with a kitchen. My only suggestion would be to update the linens, they were dated and scratchy."

"The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take...

"The lake is beautiful, the place is nice, security is ok, the people give good service BUT….there is a high danger of the 3 deseases and there are many moquitos, especially during the rain season that starts in May. According to the locals hospitals are filled in that time. The hotels have no plan, do not fumigate, do not inform, do not do anything to avoid the number of moquitos in the room with that risk. When addressed they ignore as they are not the decisionmakers. The authorities are making...

"Es un hotel muy agradable y bonito, Las habitaciones son bonitas y confortables, aunque el aire acondicionado no estuvo funcionando bien. La mayoría del personal no es atento excepto Jazmin que fue súper atenta y con una excelente actitud de servicio. La comida es demasiado cara, en lugar de que los alimentos fueron más accesibles los clientes no tendrían la necesidad de salir fuera a consumir. La playa es muy bonita y privada. Como sugerencia, sería importante que ofrecieran el transporte...
