"Very different from your usual all inclusive resorts. Do your research. Lots of strict rules. No taking food to go. No buffet. Sit down restaurants only. Annoying sales pitch at check in. Questions like "What do you do for a living"? No getting room key till you get through the pitch. No bottled water anywhere. Have to pay extra for bottled water... Room service is 10% charge. Tough with little kids with no buffet. Asked for ice cream to go at the restaurant by the pool, not allowed. Have...

"Always something for the kids to do. Beach out back was really nice. Rooms are spacey but a bit outdated, especially in comparison to the other adjacent properties. Wouldn’t mind staying here again. Was able to save a few dollars by staying at this property. Staff were always helpful and nice. Loved the surrounding areas of Nuevo Vallarta, etc. All the food eaten at this resort was indeed delicious. Would recommend this resort for others as well!"

"Can’t say enough good things about the staff and property. You will be pressured when checking in to participate in a 90 min time share presentation. We turned it down. The restaurants were amazing and food presentation outstanding. Our room was awesome and had a gorgeous view of the grounds and ocean. "
