"AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!"

"Had a lovely stay. Very cute hotel, basic comfortable rooms, local art around. AC worked okay. Restaurant had great breakfast and lunch with organic choices. No pool onsite, the pool is at a nearby sister facility. Roosters start their talking at 5:30 am, but that is to be expected - use the ear plugs. Appreciated beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Will visit again."

"This hotel is incredible. Beautiful and large rooms, well appointed and decorated. Amazing staff and service at both the front desk and the restaurant. Very close to a quiet part of the beach and very walkable (especially along the beach) into town. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it!"

"Las albercas son la mejor parte del hotel, en los cuartos no hacen bien la limpieza, no reponen el agua para beber, la atención en recepción solo es buena en la mañana, si te atienden pero les falta la amabilidad característica de estos lugares, en general todo está bien pero solo eso, no hay un plus"

"Pool side sitting had to be done first thing in the morning. Lots of walking, but enjoyable if you're able to. The pools were always clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful (Diego, Marco, Guadalupe, Luis, Julio, Carlos, Gustavo, Saul, Rosita), they will go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The staff deserves a raise!! "
