"This was our first time to Casa Velas. We liked how everything looked. It has beautiful landscaping and it is maintained very well. We were greeted warmly and everyone we passed always met us with a smile, a greeting, and a hand placed over their heart. The entire staff is genuinely gracious and kind. "The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay.
The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"La habitación estaba limpia con buena vista, lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno “buffet”, realmente está muy limitado y no tan bueno, además cuando te ofrecen la experiencia con delfines te condicionan primero para ofrecerte información y ver unos videos para que te hagas socio, además un día me quisieron condicionar el desayuno por qué tenía que desayunar con un asesor…esa situación fue incómoda!
