"The rooms were generally clean, but my sister-in-law found a cockroach in her room. The hotel did move her to another room, which was appreciated, but our room was right next door, so it was still concerning. The food was very repetitive, with many of the same dishes being served day after day. During meal times, service was noticeably slow and appeared understaffed.
