"Check in was super easy. Pictures don’t do the room justice it’s actually very roomy and clean! Small kitchenette with appliances and two beach chairs were provided. 20-25 min walk from main strip (pizza city) where the party continues after the Placita closes. Host was very nice, checked in when I had trouble with the WiFi due to rain the night before and moved belongings out of the rain for us when we were napping! Definitely recommend staying here! P.S cheaper to get Uber off the main strip"

"Everything was great once again. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Puerto Rico. It’s in a safe location and within 30 minutes of many tourist areas and of course beaches. The house has everything you need and almost half the cost of many hotels"

"We stayed here for a week with another couple and 4 kids aged 10-16. The space was amazing for all of us! The kids had their own casita with bathroom and small kitchen. The adults stayed in the big house, with a well-stocked kitchen. The views were amazing, and the upstairs and downstairs porches got plenty of use, especially the pool table and grill. The downstairs bedroom in the main house got warm a few nights, which was solved by leaving the door open and cranking down the upstairs AC and...

"Once we found the correct door it was no issues at all. The ad says it all a quick stop and go. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy or 5 star. But a clean room to sleep. We checked out maybe 30 mins late. He didnt make a big fuss so he's alright with me. The air was cold. Most importantly I seen lot of reviews about water not being hot. Had me nervous about booking. That was absolutely not true. The water stayed hot!! Walking distance to beach its a grocery store up the street and a few food...

"The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket. "Ok hotel på stranden. Hotellet er ikke nyt placering ok men tæt på lufthavnen og startbanen så kan du ikke lide lyden af startende fly er dette ikke et hotel for dig. Men i forhold til de to nabo hoteller er prisen kun det halve og stranden er jo lige så god. Intercontinental har en dejlig strandbar 100 meter fra hotellet som vi brugte. Flere restauranter i området."

"The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was clean, and safe. We enjoyed daily breakfast at the Tostado restaurant one block away. Open from 8am-3pm. You can walk from the apartment to theold San Juan in 15-20min which we did at the end of the day when it was not so hot."
