"This is a fantastic property that I would highly recommend for anyone going to Arubu! It is a short walk or drive (1/2 a mile) to Palm Beach, but much quieter than staying by all the high-rise hotels. The area is very safe. The house itself had everything you would need for a longer stay, including a kitchen with all needed appliances (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, etc.), a washer/dryer, beach chairs, lots of beach towels, floaties, a cooler, grill, etc. The house is...

"Location was great 5 min walk to the beach and close to cafe and min market. The complex was decent , the unit itself was ok Had mostly all the essentials even beach chairs and cooler however does need some upgrades such as TV in master bedroom not watchable as the sound is not working properly, frying pans all scratched , beach towels with stains and the toilet seat in master bath should be changed. These are just some suggestions but overall stay was nice ."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean. We loved the the courtyard area as well as the resident birds that visit every morning in the front yard. House was a bit warm as there was no AC in the common areas only in the bedrooms. However, we opened all the windows and let the cross breeze come in, that seemed to help a bit. "Rob and Nadine were always helpful with any questions I had and quick to respond. The accommodations at Oceania are fantastic. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of beach gear to use and we love all of the pools at the property to use. Eagle beach is just steps away which is very convenient."
