"housekeeping staff did not provide enough towels each day and when asked for extra towels did not comply. Overall the complete staff was pleasant, smiling and courteous! I was in room #1202. Across the hall was an employee door that loudly slammed closed each time used; about 15 to 20 every morning from 5:45am till10:00am. It interrupted my sleep several times during the night especially in the morning. This was the only issue the resort was excellent on every other thing they offered and...

"Service var i top, de ansatte var så søde. Lokation var perfekt, rigtig lækker strand. MEN hotellet var så slidt og ulækkert, der lugtede af mug på værelserne, aircondition larmede enormt meget, møblerne var ødelagt og malingen krakeleret. Det lignede slet ikke noget nær billederne. Tæppet på værelset var så beskidt at min datter på 8 måneder fik sorte knæ af at kravle på det. Kommer ikke tilbage igen."

"Loved staying in a Tradewinds room. Having the lounge and our own area at the beach was a plus. We will stay here again. Very walkable to the other area hotels. I do wish they had a little more entertainment at night. There is construction going on until Dec. It bothered other people, but the construction didn’t bother us.
