The GPS can take you off path if you use the address given. Do not look for the L on 18L; only 18 will be posted on the front of the building. We were very satisfied with the one bedroom we rented. The small complex is fairly new so everything was fresh on the inside and very clean. The A/C and hot water worked well. No complaints of anything...

"Property suites us well. Email about checkin was not sent. Many urgent emails sent the day before and day of checkin. Finally a response when we had landed and were driving. Directions to the rental were poor. Condo was clean and tidy. "

"We rented this unit because it had a hot tub.When we arrived the hot tub wouldn't work. We called the host, Victor, and he said he would fix it the next day. We waited almost all day before someone came. The guy said he had to take it apart. We said no because the tub said air in lines. He did bleed the lines and it worked for 2 days. Then they came to clean it and when we went to use it that night it was cold. No power to the tub. I emailed Victor and he said to turn the power on,which we did...

"when we arrived there was no key in the lock box it was solved shortly, but still confusion. The front door does not close unless you lock the door, all the lights are in need of improvements, in the principle bedroom bathroom the towel holder is falling out the wall, "
