"Absolutely one of the best! Very clean. Had beach chairs,towels, floats, condiments, and everything you need to cook with. Washer and dryer in unit was also very convenient and made it easy to come home with clean clothes. Bedrooms were nice!"

"This was by far one of the best experiences I've had when renting a place for vacation. Marlon, the lady who helped us settle in, communicated well, was helpful, and even gave us great recommendations. We will definitely be staying here if (and when) we come back. Plus they have an adorable cat."

"What a perfect place to stay. Close but away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet, modern, clean, and easy. Location was great. Beaches were beautiful. Was nice being able to eat at home some of the time. I guess the only thing is that the stairs are narrow and short. If you have a toddler or elderly you may just talk to management and see if they have one more accessible. I would definitely recommend. I’m super discerning and I wouldn’t change a thing."

"The lady at the resort was very nice and helpful with everything that we needed. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook, pots, pans, cooking equipment and a natural gas stove. (The stove can be tricky to turn on if you have never used one before. Turn 1/4 and use the bbq lighter if you do not hear an igniter) The pool and backyard was beautiful and very clean. There is a grocery store around the corner that is not terribly priced and you get do one grocery shopping visit to last the...

"The owner (I believe his name is jay) was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. The location is centrally located from downtown and palm beach! I would recommend if you stay here, to rent a car, but we are so happy we did! The place was very clean, air conditioned and spacious. Jay was more than accommodating with any recommendations or questions we had about the island! We will be back!!!"

"This is an excellent place to stay in Aruba. Its very close to the beach. The property is very clean inside and out. The rooms are very spacious. Three spacious rooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms. You really cant beat that. Comes with washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and two balconies. Includes 4 beach chairs and beach towels. I will stay here every time I come back to Aruba. The property is very close to shops and dining. Wish I could give this place place 10 stars. I highly recommend it!!!"

"I stayed for 10 days in South Beach Residence and I cannot recommend it enough. It is an ideal place to stay no matter if you’re a couple, family, friends, or solo travelling. The residence is brand new, renovated, modern, and with a good kitchen and pool area (but you’re also still super close to the best beaches of Aruba).
