"It is a great location. The house is very functional. It could use some ceiling fans, however, the breeze is almost always blowing and it is comfortable as long as the big doors facing the ocean are open. The pool is wonderful to have, but is not nearly as large as the photo makes it look.IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!(For safety reasons, the property is not suitable for young children.)"

"We love soo many thing about this property. The location is ideal. Easy access to the main highway, Oistins Friday Night Fish Fry, the airport, grocery, dining, entertainment, you name it. "Inch by Inch was a nice home to stay at for about a week. AC in the bedrooms was nice, and the rest of the house could catch the winds off the coast to help circulate the air. Appears the new owners are trying to make some improvements on the property. The kitchen cupboards could use a good cleaning. "We are repeat visitors to Tradewinds and had another fantastic trip. The house is in a prime location across from Mullins Beach, and is perfectly set up to accommodate a party of 8 (the top bedroom most suited to teens or younger). Bedrooms and bathrooms are well laid out, with air conditioning in all of the former. Fans are in the internal and external communal areas which provide a decent breeze. "We spent 2 weeks at Ancient grove and absolutely loved it. There were 10 in our party including 3 small children and the place was just brilliant. "This property is in a great very safe location, close to a supermarket and a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. "Beliggenheden er helt perfekt. Udsigten er unik. Personalet meget imødekommende og maden er god, også i buffet. Her er smukt og flot design samt gode møbler og komfort. Det eneste jeg kan sætte en finger på, er at du skal stå meget tidlig op for at få en liggestol, da man her gerne bare må smide sine håndklæder om morgenen og så først bruge din liggestol senere på dagen. Der burde være en regel om, at dine håndklæder blev fjernet hvis du lavede dette nummer, for dem som rent faktisk gerne vil ligge der fra morgenen af, har ikke muligheden, da de alle er optaget af ‘håndklæder’. "

"Super lækkert hotel med en god placering. De gør meget for underholdning og underholdningen er virkelig god. Udsigten fra værelserne er enormt flotte og personalet er enormt gæstfrie og god til at få dig til at få en skøn ferie. Maden er det eneste jeg kan sætte en finger på, den er ikke prangende. Men der er mange restauranter i nærheden, så mulighederne er mange. "
