"I want to cry with how much was spent. Advertised as adults only and wasn’t, no mini bar in the room, broken ACs, dirty, construction everywhere, hardly anything open, casino was tiny, food was not fresh, no airport transport, hard to check in and out, no alcoholic drinks with room service, room services charges and not all inclusive, restaurants hard to book…the list goes on. We’ve never had complaints at any other punta Cana all inclusive resort"

"This was our first time at this resort. The property has a wonderful feel, set in the Montego Bay area. The location is spacious and the views are both stunning and gorgeous!! The beach is small but the beach access is extremely easy. The amenities are wonderful, and the entertainment is lively and very well-planned.
