"Love the place!"

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!"

"We had a wonderful 10-day stay in your house. It was perfect for our five families--very spacious and the kids loved the pool. Ages ranged from 5 to 73. We also loved the Windsor Island Community area. The kids had a blast on the slides and lazy river, Putt Putt Golf, and the game room. They also enjoyed the Family Night activities especially the Bounce houses. The house was located with easy access to all the Disney parks. "Great pricing for a one night stay! We had a large group and location sleeps 16 people comfortably. Neighborhood was nice and it’s located close/far enough away from things you may need access to (shopping, food, beach, etc)"

"We loved the house. Plenty of space and lots to do between the pool, arcade room, and theater room. We also enjoyed the multiple clubhouse waterparks we had access to. We had a couple issues with the pool and a/c but property management resolved quickly. Highly recommend booking this house"

"The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!"

"We just returned from a week long stay and were very pleased with the house! Everything was clean and as represented in the pictures and descriptions. There really was something for every member of our group! The house was also conveniently located to all the Disney parks. The only small issue we had was late night noise next door on one night. It didn’t last long, and you certainly can’t blame that on the property. Overall a wonderful stay!!"

"Nice place, good location in very quit neighborhood. Some small improvements could be made with what the rental cost is. Like picnic tables unable to be sat at due to rotting, replacement of a couple sticking sliding doors and more than 1 shuffle board stick with all parts that could be found in unorganized shed. All said nice place would stay again, but small fixes would go along way"

"We stayed for a week at this property. We have stayed in Champions Gate 6-7 times now. This was the best one yet! The house was beautiful, well equipped, well decorated, and everything worked. Our host was attentive, and was able to help with anything I needed or requested. You cannot go wrong renting this house! Highly recommend!"
