"The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! "

"Perfect for a couple. Really clean and fresh. The whole property looks recently updated. Nice outdoor areas to sit and have coffee. Lots of beach accessories to use, and the beach is a very short walk. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

We brought our own blow up mattress but there was one there to use. Family of four and just enough space with kids sleeping in LR. I would stay here again! "My family loved being at this location, had fun like no other vacation. I can truly say they felt at home. The house was clean, well organized and very charming. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen functional and easy to use (plenty of space). They felt happy in this beautiful house and on the gorgeous beach. The proximity to the beach, 20 seconds to have our feet in the sand, was an absolute plus to the vacation, we were regularly on the beach even at night - and felt completely safe....

"This was a great location wiht an easy walk to the beach. It comes with some beach equipment, which was nice, but not always in the best shape. The beds were not super comfortable and would have loved some more storage to hang towels. We had 2 kids with us, but the sleeper sofa was not big enough for them both. We ended up putting one kid on the couch and using one of the mattresses on the floor which was fine."

"We were in Cocoa Beach and for the week and stayed at this cute bungalow. The property was very clean with all the necessities to make a week at the beach a great experience. The owners have thought of everything, including beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and a beach bag. Beach towels were provided as well as spices in the cupboard to make cooking dinner easier. "This was our first Vrbo stay and I was a little nervous. Overall, the reservation was simple and the host communication was great. Gretchen reached out right away and there were really no unanswered questions. I was impressed! The place was immaculate and the location was perfect. We enjoyed it here very much.
