"Check in and location great but apartment needs upgrades. AC units were difficult to operate. When looking for outlet behind bed saw accumulated dust on floor and baseboards. Sitting chair in living room stained and worn. Needs to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again."

"It was very nice. It is decorated nice. Had everything in the kitchen that you need. Enjoyed the screened in porch. We had an issue with the bathroom faucet and it was fixed right away. Close go the beach. Unfortunately it didn’t have a view. The bed was comfortable. Would stay there again.Easy check in and checkout."

"We loved this place! What a gem! Quiet and peaceful! We were able to relax and refresh away from the hubbub of life! This is NOT a place to come if you are looking for wild parties! We loved the simple “down home” feel. It’s not the typical cookie cutter hotel! It gives you the feeling that you live there…. If that makes sense.We also had the added pleasure of watching a Falcon 9 Space X Launch.The laundry facilities were free, which was a nice surprise. The property manager was wonderful!"

"We stayed for a quick 3 day girls trip. The property was clean on the inside.We mostly ate, town was a 15 minute walk which was perfect for us.The beach was super close and beautiful. The plumbing had an issue and the property management company had someone there within the hour to fix it! Very responsive. "

"Let me tell you why I think this is the perfect place to stay.You are steps away from a beautiful beach, and steps away from the pool. You are within walking distance to stores and restaurants and a short drive to many other great little spots to enjoy a meal, a cold beverage, (some waterfront), entertainment, and even a sunset. You may also catch a space launch. I saw 2. You will meet a lot of very nice, friendly people as well. I'm hoping I can make this my regular "winter getaway"."

"Very quiet and relaxing! Would highly recommended! — Pet friendly also, just know that the beach only allows dogs on the beach from 6-10am & 4-7pm, but if you go to Canova Beach Park, it’s a dog beach & only about 20 minutes from the Units. "

"We had some family staying across the street at Las Olas. Just needed a place to crash really. It was very quiet and had a cool retro surfer vibe. We enjoyed our alone time there. "

"Cozy and Clean! A quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Relaxing in the rocking chairs on the canal. Beach chairs and umbrella were very useful. Everything you need is provided... a perfect getaway place to stay!"
