This studio apt is located STEPS from the infamous Cocoa Beach and rocket launches. Watch rocket launches out of your FRONT DOOR.
You can surf, tan and relax during the day and then enjoy boutique restaurants 1.6 miles away.
We provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and even beach toys; EVERYTHING you will need to make your stay incredible.

When you arrive on the property, parking is open. Your apartment is in the bi-level blue building (up the stairs). Look for the number 1 on the green door.

We will communicate with guests through the app. Communication/assistance will be immediate from 8am-8pm. After hours are reserved for emergencies.

Laid back beach vibe! The area is amazing! Its minutes from lots of dining options and nightlife. Across the street is beautiful Cocoa Beach!

There is so much to do in Cocoa Beach! You can rent a bike, scooter, or surf your way around town! Also, if you do not have a car, you can take the Cocoa Beach trolley.

One car is recommended. If you require two cars, please ask first and I will accommodate if I can! Happy adventures!
