Villaer i Venice

"The outside of the property needs some work. Just plain old broom work would do wonders. Our unit was upstairs. The steps were steep and narrow. Handrails need improvement. Inside the unit was very nice. Some furniture was dated, yet more than adequate. The dishwasher was not working, and the water dispenser on the fridge was broken. Someone commented on enjoying the balcony. I was a little misled about that. The balcony was narrow, and the view was the back of another building containing more...

"My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet."
