This pristine, sunny, and bright two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is located in a beautiful resort-style natural setting on 25 acres in the prestigious Village des Pins community. Relax in the tranquil atmosphere of pines and palm trees while sitting on the screened porch/lanai. Enjoy the large heated outdoor pool, spa, two tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, a putting green, and a sun deck with lounge chairs. Visit a spacious and welcoming clubhouse with charcoal and gas grills outside, a pool table, party room, and a library with books to please domestic and international visitors.
In the villa, you will enter into skylight foyer, that catches the natural light and welcomes you to your vacation home. In a fully equipped kitchen, you will find plenty of granite countertop space, an informal breakfast nook area, a spacious pantry, a full-sized washer and dryer, and an access to a garage. Large living / dining room leads to a screened porch / lanai. Settling into comfortable chairs, you could relax and enjoy a view of gorgeous trees, Florida sunlight and fresh air.
The villa accommodates up to 6 people. The spacious master bedroom has a new king-size bed, television, en-suite bathroom with a vanity area and shower/tub combo, large dressing area, and a private access to the lanai. The second bedroom offers a comfortable new full size bed, television, and access to the second bathroom with a shower. There is also a queen sleeper couch in the living room. The villa provides free wireless internet and cable TV.
You will be about 15 minutes from Siesta Beach, voted #1 beach in the USA, for its white sand and amenities, that include free parking. The villa is well stocked to enjoy the beach with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. While at Siesta Key, enjoy top notch restaurants, shopping, natural areas, water sports, and unparalleled sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
Take advantage of rich cultural life in Sarasota, short drive away. Visit top-notch theaters, including Asolo Repertory; the Sarasota Opera House; the Sarasota Orchestra; Ringling, Marietta, and Sarasota art museums, and a number of art galleries in the historic downtown.

Love the location and pool. Villa was nice, could use some updating. Property manager, Tami, is excellent to communicatel with. Villa could use some new supplies (only 2 washcloths, but advertised as a villa for 6 people).

Lovely and spacious Sarasota villa

This was our second year staying in Alex's villa. It is spacious, beautifully furnished and quiet. It's an easy hop to shopping or the beach. Both Alex and the property manager were responsive whenever we had a question. We look forward to returning in 2026!

Overall this is a very nice place that has almost all the items you would need. Being picky- the washer sounds like it was going to blast off and you may want to provide a few more wash cloths for a 6 day stay but otherwise a good location for just about everything.

Amazing!!

We have stayed at Village des Pins 2 yr ago and loved it! Your place is wonderfully decorated and fit ourneeds perfectly. We love the pool, lania and peaceful setting of the community!! ***Only thing i would improve is more bathtowels, dishcloths and washcloths. Thank you for a wonderfulmonth!! We certianly hope we can rent from you again when the dates we need are open!

Comfortable, well located and quiet in Sarasota

We gave up on crowded, noisy Siesta Key and found this lovely property that is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and our favorite bird watching spots. The villa is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and clean. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, admiring water birds in the pond and finding a great horned owl in a pine tree in the yard.

Great unit in need of a few corrections.

A gorgeous unit, very comfortable. There were no toiletries, nor the promised laundry detergent. Only 3 bath towels & 1 handtowel, no face towels. This was corrected the next day by the friendly manager. The washing machine & garbage disposal are VERY loud but did their jobs. Lastly, the driveway is configured in a way that the neighbors not pulling into their garages make it tricky to back out on the curve.

Family Gathering

This was my husband and my 5th trip to Sarasota. Our first stay in this condo. We had family in 2 other condos in the Villas but OURs was the nightly gathering spot for all of us! It was accommodating and very comfortable. The property manager was amazing to work with and was kind to provide tips of places to visit and dine! When we visit again we will BE SIRE to see if this very condo is available again! Karin

Perfect quiet location

This place was perfectly located between Venice Beach and Siesta keys. Each beach was approximately 15 minute drive. The neighborhood was very quiet and well maintain. Those two things made our vacation a very relaxing trip from Ohio. The condo itself was very well maintained and easy to get in and out of. It had its own private garage to store beach or other items you may want to leave out of your vehicle. Inside the condo was very spacious but did have some minor cosmetic issues. The pool was very clean and my kids had it to themselves on most days The owner was very kind and receptive to me having to change my dates several times because of military obligations. He was able to.answer all my questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying again. Pros: Location, location, location Quiet neighborhood Pool Owner communication Cons: None really but if i had to find something, i would say the lack of water pressure and exhaust fan in master bath.

Very nice villa

The villa was very nice, spacious and well-equipped. Pleasant quiet development with a very nice pool and hot tub. Manager Tami was very responsive and accommodating. Good location for southern part of Siesta Key, Crescent Beach, Venice and other places on the southern end of Sarasota; a bit of a drive into the city itself, airport etc.

Lovely Stay

We stayed at this property for the month of February 2023. The condo has lovely furnishings and the neighborhood and pool were great. We only experience two minor problems and the property manager had them corrected immediately. . Siesta Key is crowded with lots of traffic so going to that beach and dining there can be slow. However there are several beautiful beaches and many really good restaurants just a short drive south of the condo.
