"We had everything we needed for a nice stay. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of beach stuff available. It would have been nice to have a bike pump since the bike had 2 flats, but not a big deal! Screened in porch was a great bonus space. Location was far enough from busy streets and close enough for a walk to the beach. Gate to the backyard was stuck shut."

The house is nestled in a neighborhood that is walking distance to the beach. By shear luck, we managed to be in town for three launches from the Kennedy Space Center. "The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay!
