The optional boat rental was a fantastic option. Oscar, the property manager, was a super nice guy. I can't recommend this property enough for a getaway."

"We could not have picked a better location. From strolling on the beach to playing in the ocean water everyone enjoyed their time. When exhausted we returned to the picturesque backyard and the quiet of the canal, a very relaxing spot. The owner was easy to reach and always pleasant. "We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Beachside House! But the first thing I must mention is that it isn't "beachside", but it's a short 3 block walk to the beach, and the golf cart that comes with the house makes it even easier to get to the beach. We were able to see 3 rocket launches from the beach! The house itself is great. It's big enough for a large family group or several couples, yet provides enough privacy for everyone. "The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! "
