"Yes we had everything we needed and prepared multiple meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed the coffee you provided. Everything was clean and the dogs felt right at home. We also really enjoyed having a fire pit and used that multiple nights. It was great being able to walk to many restaurants. We enjoyed whisk and grind, Oceanside pizza, and the fat donkey were house favorites. "

"Nice location for the Surfing Santa’s and coconuts on the beach bar and restaurant . The family loved the Pac-Man game console and various other table games provided. We played a little yard mini golf and mini pool table game too. The swing and hammock with the fenced-in outside yard were an extra bonus. We even took a little bike ride and rode a few waves on the surfboard..super nice to have access to fun things to do."

"Such an amazing experience. The house had a lovely low key beach vibe and everything highlighted how detail oriented the host is in making the stay a fantastic experience. There were even welcome snacks! Everything was super well stocked. We are coming from Europe and like to have a base to see family and friends. We usually stay by Disney and do enjoy it, but this was much better vibe and still just an hour to the parks. We were at the beach multiple times, used the pool every day, and the bbq...

"Excellent stay. Loved that the beach is only a block away. Big back yard - it was nice enough at night to sit out there and relax. Anyone who remembers going to an Arcade and putting quarters up on the machines will not want to leave the game room. I stayed up too late playing Tempest. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Cocoa Beach. "
