"Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog! "

"Great property! Walking distance to beach. The house had toys, high chair and pack and play for an infant. We loved the family room and side room with the couch. They were close together but each had its own tv. We could have Mickey’s Clubhouse playing on one and something else on the other. It’s really a great house for multiple ages and families!"

Location was great with the beach right across and downtown Cocoa Beach a minute away. Communication was also excellent. "Our family of seven adults rented this townhouse to relax a few days before a cruise. It was in a great location, 7 miles from the cruise port. The beach was two blocks away, and many restaurants were within walking distance. The unit itself was very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer on site were a big plus, as was having 2/12 baths. The host provided games, a ping pong table, and lots of beach equipment. "My family of 6 stayed here for one night before going on a cruise and it was perfect. Only a 10 min drive to the cruise terminal. The property had plenty of parking, was extremely clean, and the layout was perfect for our family. The communication from the host was great.
