"Clean room "

"Overall a good experience, the only recommendation is longer shower curtains, as well as a brief explanation on how to use the key to the pool, we where unable to get into the pool due to the key not working."

"I cannot express how much we loved our stay here. We came for manatees and the manatees did not disappoint! It’s like a manatee highway right outside your doorstep. The house is great - has just what we needed for two nights- bed is comfy, white noise machine in bedroom is a great touch! Love the dual living spaces downstairs. The stairs to bedrooms are steep and narrow so if you have mobility issues it might be a problem. Otherwise perfect!"

"Great all around"

"We checked in at 5pm Friday to find the house 91° and maintenance working on the AC. He said give it 2 hours for the house to cool. We called at 8pm to advise the house was still 91 and the AC was not working. 6 calls later a maintenance man shows up at 1232am and says he has to replace the coil springs again. It took until 9am the next morning to cool the house to 79°, we also purchased fans bc the house has no ceiling fans. There are also no markings to say how deep the pool is, the pool is...

"The house was clean and ready early. Perfect for our one-night stay before boarding a cruise. "

"It took us almost 3 hours to get some body on the phone to answer us to get a code to get the key. There were no body to ask questions, There is no office to talk to a person. Maintenance workers were absolutely rude. I would highly not recommend th8s place."
