"Before I review a place it must meet four criteria - clean, quiet, safe neighborhood, convenient. This place checks all of the boxes. The place was spotless and we were typically less than 10 minutes from restaurants and the activities we came for(snorkeling, kayaking and jet skiing). The house was not a fancy place but a comfortable house with all of the necessary things you expect and need including the dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. "we absolutely enjoyed our stay! Upon arriving the house was immaculately clean and had all the amenities you can ask for. The porch was great! It allowed us to sit and enjoy the evenings outdoors. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice day in Key Largo! "

"I had a wonderful stay, having a fully furnished SPACIOUS cottage with a full kitchen is extremely convenient. It’s a hidden gem for sure. I didn’t run into any issues during my stay, but the communication with the owner was easy and fast, and it’s a great quiet neighborhood with anything you can think of around the area (restaurants, shopping, 35-40ish minutes to the beach outside of rush hrs: 3-5:30pm) Can’t ask for anything more than that. I will definitely be back. "

"This tiny house has everything you need! We kayaked off the dock, swam in the pool & grilled fresh fish from the local market. Check in & check out were easy and the place is super clean. Snorkeling trip from Pennekamp SP & biking in the Everglades were really fun day trips!"

"George and Vanessa were great hosts for our stay. Any small issues were addressed immediately. Being able to dock our boat on the canal was a huge plus. We will be staying again when decide to return."
