"An amazing studio on the second floor with a wrap-around deck, close to the beach, and surrounded by bars, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Very responsive and thoughtful host. The apartment is fully equipped, and has beach chairs, towels, boogie board and even hats for your enjoyment. "Host ghosted us and never provided check in instructions. I finally had to call VRBO who tried 3x and still no response. They made it right and refunded us and then some. Hours later the host sent a cancellation msg stating minimum age requirement not met….um I’m 49! DO NOT BOOK!"

"Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B."

"So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. "We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to the area and we were so pleased with the location. It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer! There is also a B Cycle rack just out the door which made it convenient to jump on a bike and enjoy the city! The accommodations were fresh, clean, and just perfect! We plan to return soon! "

"Dette hotel lever ikke op til prisen! Vi fik et værelse lige op af jernbanen i en bygning, der lugtede af æsel stald. Alle gangene og værelseret havde en underlig dårlig lugt og der var spindelvæv på værelset og vinduerne var møg beskidte. Sovesofaen var simpelhed ikke værd at ligge på. Det hele var selvfølelig ikke dårligt. Det ligger rigtig godt placeret i forhold til molen og restauranter. vi spise morgenmad på hotellet de dage vi var der og det var fantastisk mad. Vi lånte cykler gratis og spillede pickelball også uden beregning. "
