"The property was dirty, we had to clean prior to our stay. There was dirty laundry on the floor in the downstairs bathroom, apparently the tenant on the property was using the laundry room. The bathroom had trash in the can, toilets unclean dead bugs all over. Trash on the upstairs balcony, was not what we expected to encounter for the price we paid"

"Super nice unit and a great location. Short walk to the beach. Chair rentals and beach bar/restaurant right there. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and golf. Would definitely come back."

"Our family of twelve thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for our vacation in Destin! The house had plenty space for everyone to gather, cook, and sleep! The older kids loved the loft bedroom and the game room. Easy walk to the pool and the beach. Our host was terrific and made sure we had all the information needed to make our trip super smooth! Definitely recommend this beautiful home for families or groups wanting to visit the beautiful Destin area!"
