"If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Fort Walton Beach that’s clean and has relatively easy access to the beach, this is your place. This is one condo of an eight multi-family unit that provides access to a decent pool and a hot tub. This is a no-thrills place. It’s very simple and has what you need for a nice getaway. "Perfect location to the beach and plenty of parking. We stayed in Studio A next to the bar and the kitchen noise starting at 7am wasn’t a problem bc we brought a box fan for white noise. We stayed 8 days and sofa bed was okay. Overall this place was clean and new, we would love to stay here again."

"The weather put a damper on our stay but that isn’t in our control. The walk to the beach was easy and the town house was clean and quiet. Would stay again"

"We stayed here for my daughter's sweet sixteenth birthday with a few of her friends, everyone had a great time. The beach and the sound are super close and we found a short cut to get to them. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that were also very clean. On Saturday we had the pool to ourselves during the day it was great. The hosts called to make sure everything went smoothly on check in that evening and was very accommodating to anything we needed....

"My and my friend have stayed at this resort multiple times, and we always enjoy it! With easy access to the beach, we could not ask for more! The location of the condo is also very close to the Main Street locations."

"We stayed here for four nights and five days and we felt so lucky we found this property. You are right on the water with the most gorgeous balcony to see the sunset every night. There is a restaurant walking distance or so many more restaurants/bars just a short drive away. The host luckily let us check in early and kept great communication the entire stay to make sure we were enjoying our visit. If we ever come back I would absolutely rent this unit again."
