"Cosy, comfy and surprisingly roomy “little” houseboat. Two queen sized beds plus a mattress on the loft provided good sleeping options for our family of two adults and two teens. We stayed in No. 10 and enjoyed the views of the canal from the terrace both morning and sunset. Use of bikes and kayaks is free of charge, and there is complimentary access to a local beach club with swimming pool. In short, Yacht Haven Marina provides very good value in the Florida Keys. "

"I would give 10 stars if possible! We are a family of 6 and had an amazing stay for a week. Starting with things I read other negative reviews about and worried about: Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank.
