"This house, although listed to sleep 19 to 20, is at best capable of 16 if you have small children with you. We maxed out at 13 with all adults and that was using the 2 available blow up mattresses. The rooms are small and the trundles can hardly be used by adults because adults have to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and you literally have to crawl over each other.
