"Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and relaxing. There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and an additional 2 smaller ones which worked perfectly for our family. We had 1 slight issue (tripped the breaker) and when I messaged the host asking for assistance locating the GFI, they responded immediately. I strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area."

"As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only...

"This home was so pretty and comfortable. It’s just on the Middletown/ Newport border which makes it easy to get to the beaches without a lot of driving/ traffic. I only wish we had more time to play in the yard."

"Beautiful modern home. High end everything. The dock is good for kayaks or a small boat. Not really water you want to jump right into. Overall a great place to stay. Good restaurants nearby. Nice firepit, quiet neighborhood and great views. About 24 min to Newport. "

"We rented this house for URI graduation weekend. It was the perfect location, weather was spectacular, plenty of room for everyone No need for an ocean sound machine to help you sleep, there is one just outside. Outside shower was amazing. "
