"Location of the property was excellent as was the communication with the property owners. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and the set up of the home. It was comfortable to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. We did feel that perhaps we may have been the first visitors of the season and the home could have used additional attention. "very cozy place with a VERY comfortable bed. Wonderful made to order breakfast included. Free parking. Less expensive than staying in Newport and very worth it. So easy to drive to Newport, find parking, and walk everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Try Reject beer Co. if you like beer and a good vibe. Would return!"

"My wife and I enjoyed the apartment. It had what we needed and was well-located. It was nicely decorated too.While a problem did come up, Brad came through to fix it. That's what you hope for in such a circumstance."

"Bartenders and housekeeping staff are friendly and rooms are clean. As hotel I was not happy to discover I had to hall my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. At 68, an offer of help would have been nice. Phone in room wouldn’t front call desk, and I had to tighten toilet seat bolts to make using it less adventurous. Lighting is poor, and 2 people sitting up in bed causes the mattress to slide of the end. Experience was less than I expected given the brand. "
