"The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the a/c in my first assigned room did not work and I was moved to a different room on a different floor. No apologies from the staff for the inconvenience, and no offer of assistance in moving my things. Staff was only minimally helpful and offered just minimal accommodation and courtesy, a real difference from a different chain in a different city on the first leg of my trip. "The front desk staff was kind, professional and welcoming. The room was clean and had all the necessary guest amenities. The mattress was a bit too hard."

"Hotel is under renovation, so common areas and elevators were rough. Room was nicely renovated and clean. Shower and sink drains were SUPER slow and the hall/room was very humid. Like…door didn’t automatically latch humid. No bathroom fan which is a personal pet peeve and didn’t help with humidity level in the room. Overall nice and would stay here again."
