"Best location ever – very nice pools and staff. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. However, the room cleaning was not up to standard. We were also unlucky to be placed in a connecting room. Because of the connecting door, we could hear absolutely everything from the guests next door – phone conversations (word for word), intimate activities, and general noise. I had my children with me, so this was quite uncomfortable. We asked several times to be moved to another room. I went to the reception twice at night on different nights, with different neighbours on each occasion. We even offered to pay extra for an upgrade. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, and we had to stay in the same room for all 7 nights. As I understand it, there is only one connecting room on each floor, so we were simply unlucky. My suggestion to the hotel would be to avoid placing families with children in these rooms, as kids have trouble sleeping when neighbouring guests return late at night, talk loudly for hours, or engage in intimate activities."

"The pool area was nice. The room was very dirty. We asked for an extra cleaning but that didnt make a difference. The room was very old and very used. Black mold in the bath room. We are not comming back we have had hotels to the third of the price being 10 times better. Dont. Ring kids because the pool is basicly an adult film area where they also are smoking pot. "
