"The houseboat were a great experience not only for the kid's but the adults also. Seeing the manatees swim around the cove was awesome! It was a great place to meet your neighbors as the porches are very close. The swimming pool is a great addition to the property! If going back to the area, I would definitely go there again! The closet is not usable as a place to put any sizable luggage so we had to put ours in the entry. A better way to do their AC/dehumidifier setup is needed; it is both in the closet and outside of it on one end and the other its just there.
