"Great location. We got there at dusk - tropical pathway lights didn't work - most were smashed. Hot tub was not "locked up" as supposed to be - and cloudy. Did not want to chance a UTI so - no tubbing which was the whole reason we picked this little gem. Sink clogged up, wallpaper paper falling off, possible black mold on skylight above bed. No batteries in remote. We left a day early. I hope they fix it up."

"Only there has been a little confusion when after booking 2 units for 2 people, and paying a full price, I received suddenly a message that one of my 2 units was cancelled. It made me worried about how I could accommodate both of us. At the end my 2nd person got ill and couldn’t come, so I used the one unit Nane."

"Our family had stayed in the gecko room for a week more than 15 years ago and had such a great time that they were excited to find and re-book. We recognized the beautiful location nestled among treeferns and planted with anthuriums right away. Located in a residential neighborhood so very quiet yet close enough to lots of things to do."

"Had a lovely stay at The Pacifica over Memorial Day weekend. All of the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. 5 minutes from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Jennifer and her team were super communicative. Would stay there again if the opportunity arises."

"This place had everything we needed for our 3 day stay in Volcano. Super convey location to the park, town and the host was great at communicating and accommodating our needs. She gave great suggestions for things to do and places to eat, too. We would definitely visit again if we ever make it back to HI/Volcano. "

"There were definite highs and lows to this property. The rooms were very clean and there was great entertainment options (games available to play) and lots of beds, which is what we wanted. However, we really wanted the hot tub which this property advertised, but was clearly not being uproot or available for use. There was one line in the posting, that the water is not drinkable. I applaud that this property is so green, but it was somewhat inconvenient for utilizing water. The biggest complaint...
