They took the time to answer questions and provided great recommendations for the local area. The security guards also deserve high praise. They created a sense of safety around the clock and always acted with respect and professionalism. It’s clear that safety is taken seriously, without it ever feeling uncomfortable on the contrary, I felt very welcome and well looked after. "Todo en orden, pero sí que me decepcionó en que la terraza al aire libre no se pueda utilizar en horas de la mañana. No necesitaba servicio en la terraza pero si deseaba poder sentarme ahí y revisar mis mail pero un empleado - Sr. del restaurante me comunicó en que no es posible!"

"Really nice hotel. The staff is is very nice and polite! Great cleaning. There is a free minibar. Comfortable room and lounge area. Breakfast is great and has many options. It was my birthday and they brang Cava to my room which was a very nice gesture! Location right next to bus and metro and close walking distance to many things."
