"Our overall stay was great but there were a couple of issues we could never get addressed by the manager. The images online when we rented did not match the property. Most of it was for the better but sleeping arrangements posed a problem as we had 2 toddlers and 2 single beds were changed to bunk beds which did not work for us. I sent messages and emails with no response. The ice maker didn't work, back sliding door didn't lock, door handle on one of bedrooms was coming off, had to buy a broom...

"Central location that was convenient to all that Fripp had to offer. We rented a golf cart to get around. We ate at the restaurants on the island, loved both Bonito Boathouse and The Beach Club ( thanks Camryn ). Beach access was convenient and not crowded. Enjoyed the live music at The Sandbar. Great first trip to Fripp Island and we will be back!"

"Shannon started communication with me once we booked the room. She responded to my questions and requests promptly. She offered to help us to book tee time at golf, tennis, restaurant, etc. The room has great view of the ocean, easy access to beach and next to the club complex. "

"This was our first trip to Fripp Island. And we hope to return soon! Our group included two very active boys, ages four and seven. Their mother and I particularly appreciated the great attitude of all the activity helpers. We also appreciated that each activity went on as scheduled, on time, with the right equipment, and with guidance as necessary.The pizza, truck and ice cream truck at night or so much fun, and a great way to run off any excess energy, although I’m not sure how they still had...

"Need to say condo is in second floor not fun for me having knee problems. Checki in is too late. We drove 6 hours , tired wanted rest got there 3:30 just one hour. Before check in and they did not want to unlock the unit i found that money punching gor nothing there no benches outsude to sit"
