"The place was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Well located, lots of things to do in the area. The owner provided everything we could possibly require and communication was great. All in all, we felt welcome."

"Central location that was convenient to all that Fripp had to offer. We rented a golf cart to get around. We ate at the restaurants on the island, loved both Bonito Boathouse and The Beach Club ( thanks Camryn ). Beach access was convenient and not crowded. Enjoyed the live music at The Sandbar. Great first trip to Fripp Island and we will be back!"

"The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island. Had to go pick up golf...

"Everything was perfect! We had all the things we needed included in the condo. Being on the bottom floor was a plus for you us. It was very close to the beach, pool and restaurants. We hope to be back! "

"Check-in process went very smoothly and condo was spotless. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked with every kitchen utensil known. Nice location by one of the pools. Owner very responsive to any questions. Nice stay!"
