The Space:

Perched oceanfront, The Lone Palm is a spacious, single-level, ground floor end unit just steps away from the beach, Beach Club, Island Bites, The Sandbar, Pool, Gym and Fripp stores. Located in John Fripp Villas, The Lone Palm is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa located beachfront with a beautiful view of the ocean with direct beach access. This unit will comfortably accommodate up to 8.



The Lone Palm is an end unit with plenty of windows and new furnishings. Features include a newly expanded patio with a sun protection cover, perfect for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. This 1st floor unit has a large living room with new furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and stove. A laundry area with a new washer and new dryer is located in the hall between the bedrooms.



The large bedrooms give you room to breathe and privacy when needed with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in closet and a step-in shower. The guest bedroom next door has a queen and twin bed with a tub shower combo. The final bunk bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a walk in shower.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
