"The best part was the ocean out on the deck!! Ocean views in a few locations. Underground parking was nice. A few things to know, the coffee pot uses coffee grounds, as far as seasonings, you have salt and pepper. They also have a hairdryer in each bathroom. These are things that are not in the description of the property. The condo is tastefully decorated, has all the comforts of home. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Would stay here again."

"We’ve been vacationing in the area for 30+ years and this is our first time on Fripp. The villa is above the islands convenience store and gift shop. There is an outside elevator but unknown how to use it. When we arrived we found that we needed a code to access the rental that was not provided. Communication was through text so it was easy to communicate but took some time. First night was great although it would be nice if there were extra blankets. "Central location that was convenient to all that Fripp had to offer. We rented a golf cart to get around. We ate at the restaurants on the island, loved both Bonito Boathouse and The Beach Club ( thanks Camryn ). Beach access was convenient and not crowded. Enjoyed the live music at The Sandbar. Great first trip to Fripp Island and we will be back!"

"Property was clean, beautiful place to stay ocean front, convenient to pool, and other amenities. Garage was convenient to property. Refrigerator didn’t maintain cold temperature, repair was requested and service personnel came out twice to check up on it. It needs to be fully repaired or replaced. Outlet receptacles in bedroom bathrooms and patio were not working. Provided the feedback to rental management company for awareness and repair."

"Our overall stay was great but there were a couple of issues we could never get addressed by the manager. The images online when we rented did not match the property. Most of it was for the better but sleeping arrangements posed a problem as we had 2 toddlers and 2 single beds were changed to bunk beds which did not work for us. I sent messages and emails with no response. The ice maker didn't work, back sliding door didn't lock, door handle on one of bedrooms was coming off, had to buy a broom...
