"The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!"

"Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. "This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. The host is very responsive and so very helpful providing information not only about the house but things to do and places to see. The...

"The condo was comfortable, clean and had a good variety of kitchenware. The front deck was great but given the hot sun a porch umbrella would have been appreciated. The boardwalk to the beach was well lit and maintained, and as advertised it was only 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the rental agent could have been better since instructions on getting into the complex and door code did not arrive until one day in advance. My messages to her went unanswered until then. However,...

"Close to restaurants, beachfront, room had everything you need. Full size refrigerator was great usually you get a tiny refrigerator. Kitchen had stove and microwave. Property has a front gate with full time security. Had a great time and will be back in the near future. "
