"This is a very cute apartment, everything very clean and comfortable! The back yard is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. Easily walkable to Shakespeare, restaurants, Lithia Park, etc. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a very functional apartment in a superb location....less than a mile to the theater area. Even though the kitchen is tiny with a mini-fridge, microwave and convection oven, we had no problem fixing our own meals--it is very well stocked. Upstairs bedrooms and the adjacent bathroom are spacious and feature big windows and sky lights--even in one of the closets! The shared patio is pleasant."

"Studio B unit is in the back of property, where we enjoyed the privacy and window view to a quaint tree filled yard. We enjoyed the visit by 2 deer the 1st morning. The bed sheets were clean and soft on the comfortable king bed. Kitchen had all the amenities needed for our 4 day stay here in Ashland, would stay again!"

"The setting on the river is awesome! A broad lawn extends from the apartment to the river; oaks and pines frame the views; the swimming pool is landscaped to blend in with the natural setting. Birds, Birds, Birds ... what a blast to share this setting with Acorn Woodpecker family, Black Phoebe pair feeding nestlings, and beautiful Western Tanagers flirting as the female weaves a nest ... all we watched from large windows and comfortable cover decks overlooking the pool and grounds. The location...
