"Communication, check-in, cleanliness, all 5 stars! The ONLY negative - these houses are very close to each other. We had a rowdy group next door who was partying with loud music, etc. The proximity makes this difficult. When the music, etc. continued into quiet hours - the security team was quick to respond."

Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent (yes you need this because you have to wash all towels before you leave), garbage bags, etc. We were only there for the weekend and still needed to buy it all. "Andrew was a pleasure to work with. The house was clean, organized, and cozy for our hefty bunch. The reminders in each bedroom regarding rules was very helpful. We would definitely use Andrew and his team again in the future as all photos and positive reviews were spot on. The rule book seems like a lot, but is super helpful during the whole stay. "Great xommunication and assistance with any questions we had or requests we had. Perfect location for us since we were traveling back and forth to Universal Studios during our stay. Busy neighborhood but very quiet. We seen alot of cars but we qere never disturbed by any noise. House was very clean and the family had nothing but good things to say aboit our housw choice. Wish we could've stayed longer!"

"The property was fantastic. There were some minor issues, the property management company was great and very responsive. The only issue was the upstairs air unit would not go below 74 at night and routinely would be in the 80 by morning. Not sure if it was a pre set program ( I guess it is). We will definitely look to stay at this or another property again."
