We paid a lot of money to stay at this home manly because it is geared towards kids and we are traveling with our kids and grandkids. Upon arrival the pool was dirty and the heat was not working. Main part of going to Florida in February and March is to be able to swim and enjoy the outdoors. The owner said they would have someone out the next day. The pool should have been cleaned and heater verified as working upon arrival! Day 2 still could not swim. Someone came to check the filter and we were told the owner would need to approve the purchase before they could replace it. The power told us to remove the filter to get the pool working. Day 3, still unusable but the pool company came and told us that if they treated the pool we would not be able to use it for another 24 hours so we told them no. As Michigan pool owners we decided to go get some shock andHandle it ourselves. Pool finally started clearing up however it was still filthy. Pool was a disaster from start to finish. Upstairs shower where the kids would need to bathe, rail was broken and sticking out so it was also unusable. Downstairs bathroom off patio had no cold water so again, unusable and the kids could not wash their hands in there as the water was only hot. Owner was very difficult to get a hold of ( they told us they were on a cruise) and unhelpful. Would NOT stay here again.
