"The villa is spacious and has a beautiful view of the harbor. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning coffee/breakfast, watching the boats coming and going. The hot tub was relaxing too. A special recognition for the hostess, Isabella. She makes sure you have everything and treats you like she’s known you for some time. We planned a private birthday dinner with Isabella; she and her friend cooked a wonderful Italian meal. A great experience. Highly recommend!!"

"Fantastic accommodations. I’ll never stay at a hotel in Capri again. We had 3 families with 6 adults and 7 children and had MORE than enough space. Individual bathrooms in every bedroom. Generous outdoor space overlooking the water and a very short walk to Capri Town center. "First, Ettore has been incredibly helpful, the nicest owner we have ever dealt with. He was always accessible and would go over and beyond to provide suggestions and answers to any questions we would have. He was also very helpful in directing us to the house and then setting up a drive back to the ferry. The property itself is incredible. Beautiful yard with a pool, tables, benches, etc. Home is very clean and very cozy. The area is very quiet and peaceful, walking distance to Anacapri....

"The outside was very nice. View was lovely and plunge pool very nice. Inside was clean but ants kept climbing up the walls. The biggest issue was meeting the girl to get the keys. I was told by the owner she could arrange transfers, a chef or anything else we wanted. I contacted her prior to arrival and she promised a driver. No one was at the dock to meet us. We got to the house she didn’t show up for 30 minutes. We were stuck outside with luggage and 7 people. She couldn’t arrange for transfer...

"As others have stated, the property overall is beautiful. The inside could use a thorough cleaning particularly the bathroom as the shower curtain had mold. The adjacent extra bungalow had some mold throughout and an overall musty odor. Be prepared to walk up or down hill to get to the various local hot spots. Rita was very easy to work with and arranged for luggage porter service to get the bags to the ferry upon departure. That service was worth every penny! Overall I would come back with...

"Really nice part of the island and great local beach amd thermal pools. Lovely village with great restaurants. Very steep roads if not driving. There is air con but not allowed to use it which was strange. Seemed well equipped but we didnt eat in. Bit basic amd a bit dark but perfect for what we needed."

"Our stay here was great!!! It was so spacious and clean. They provided laundry detergent, espresso, Prosecco, water and more!!! It was in walking distance from the famous streets of Capri. We were able to walk to Gardens of Augustus which costs a few euros and is definitely worth the experience. We were greeted in the center of town which was very easy to get a cab to from the Port. The apartment was so cute and our little terrace was perfect to make breakfast and eat outside to save some money...

"We really enjoyed staying at La Rotonda sul Mare. It was the perfect location for our vacation. Amerigo and his staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful.
